This series refers to a collection of fabrics with a weight less than 35g/¢T. This series refers to a collection of fabrics with a weight less than 40g/¢T. FTC uses 20D nylon or polyester materials in conjunction with unique, sophisticated weaving processes and dyeing techniques to produce a series of ultra-lightweight fabrics. These fabrics can be processed by a variety of finishing treatments to obtain single or multiple functions, including super water repellency, waterproofness, wind protection and downproofness.

For example, FTC uses recycled PET bottles or other recycled polyester products to produce a series of polyester microfiber fabrics and uses recycled nylon products to produce another series of nylon fabrics. FTC presents the latest eco-concept Biomass Nylon products. Biomass nylon contains biomass material such as organic waste oil and plant oil which can be used as the alternative of petroleum. FTC uses far infrared (FIR) materials to design and develop a series of lightweight FIR functional fabrics with an FIR emissivity as high as 80%”ō. FTC's unidirectional moisture-transferring polyester/nylon fabrics allow sweat to diffuse from the skin through the fabric's interior surface to the exterior surface. It reduces the on-the-skin clinging caused by wet garments, and likewise the uncomfortable cold feeling on the skin. Wearers thus have a long-lasting feeling of dryness, coolness and comfort. G03. e-decay™ Durable Anti-static Fabric
Using a hydrophilic surface high performance anti- static fiber, without adding antistatic chemicals during the dyeing process, our antistatic fabric can achieve an excellent antistatic effect. Schoeller®-dynatec is a series of state-of-the-art protection fabrics jointly developed by FTC and Swiss-based high-tech textile company Schoeller Textil AG in technological cooperation. These fabrics are specially designed for motorcycle hobbyists to provide them with complete protection.
Schoeller®-dynatec fabrics contain CORDURA® fibers and therefore offer outstanding abrasion resistance, tear resistance and slip resistance to minimize human injury as well as durability and easy care. They can be used in a wide range of products, including mountaineering outfits, backpacks, motorcycling suits, motor-racing wear, sports shoes as well as various other protection gear and apparel.
K05. Schoeller®- nanosphere®
The technological creation behind this series of fabrics is inspired by nature. The micro- and nano-structures similar to the surface of lotus leaves have given them the superb water-repelling property and self-cleaning function.
Based on the concept of lotus effect, Schoeller-FTC® has developed the Nano Sphere Natural Waterproofing Finish, which gives fabrics exceptional water repellency, superb oil repellency, outstanding detergency function, extremely nice handle and very high wash durability.
Applications: fashion wear, sportswear, leisurewear, mountaineering wear, sleeping bags and down wear.
K06. Schoeller® - ecorepel®
Ducks and other water fowl produce an oily secretion that makes their plumage repel water. The textile finish ecorepel® derives this natural water-repelling function by utilizing biodegradable fluorocarbon-free spiral-like paraffin to form a thin film on the fabric surface to reduce surface tension, and achieve water repellency and stain removal. ecorepel® has been certified to pass the Oeko-Tex Standard 100. It can be applied to both natural and artificial fiber fabrics.
Applications: sportswear, leisurewear and outdoor wear.
